Feb. 12, 2007 -- ClickFox, an Atlanta-based software company, has added new features to its Customer Behavior Intelligence Software that allow businesses to better analyze how customers interact with self-service environments, the company said Monday.

The software, which enables ClickFox users to view patterns and trends in customer behavior, now offers an audio clip playback feature for call center and other recordings to monitor and improve performance metrics, the company said.
