Feb. 23, 2007 -- Constant Contact, an e-mail marketing firm for small businesses based in Waltham, Mass., will lead workshops on e-mail marketing at the 2007 International Franchise Association Convention in Las Vegas on Feb. 24-27, the company said this week.

The workshops will coach small-business owners in writing effective e-mail copy, subject lines, and headlines, while showing them how to track the success of an e-mail campaign, the company said.

During the convention, Constant Contact will also host two roundtable events on the best practices for effective e-mail marketing programs for franchises and other small businesses, the company said.
