Free Small-Business Procurement Seminar
Feb. 28, 2007 -- The Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center, which helps businesses with government procurement markets, is offering a free seminar on small-business certifications, the company said Wednesday.
The seminar will cover procurement issues within a range of federal programs for small business, including 8(a) businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Historically Utilized Business Zones, Woman Owned Businesses, and Veteran-Owned Businesses, the company said.
The event will be held at the Coosa Valley Technical College Small Business Center in Rockmart, Ga., on March 13, organizers said.
