Fed Hearing on Women-Owned Business Contracting
March 19, 2007 -- The House Committee on Small Business is holding a hearing to evaluate recent efforts to boost federal contracting with women-owned businesses on March 21, organizers said.
Small-business owners, government officials, and business advocacy groups are expected to present testimony on the contracting process and the overall procurement environment faced by women business owners.
The hearing will start at 10 a.m. EST.
