Branding Law Classes for Entrepreneurs
March 22, 2007 -- A new graduate course at Babson College combines legal issues with branding strategies for entrepreneurs, the college announced this week.
Branding Law for Entrepreneurs, which includes both classroom and online teaching, differs from typical business management courses by focusing on smaller business owners, rather big-budget corporations, the Boston, Mass.-based college said.
Students will work on real-world projects, while being introduced to trademark preemption, Judo Brand Diversion, and other unusual strategic concepts, the college said.
The first class will be held on March 24.
