Inc. 500 HR Firm Expands

 

March 26, 2007 -- ClearPoint Resources, a Chalfont, Pa.-based staffing and HR consulting firm, is expanding its operations by acquiring assets from several related companies, including National Med-Staff, AEM, and Pardyme, the company announced Monday.

The acquisitions, which are scheduled to close April 1, will enable ClearPoint to broaden its services for smaller businesses, including access to AEM's customer base of over 2,000 active clients, according to ClearPoint CEO Michael Traina.

"It will allow ClearPoint to develop a dynamic human resource outsourcing solution for its small business customers with an employee base of 15-100 employees," Traina said in a statement.

ClearPoint ranked No. 17 on the 2006 Inc. 500 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
