Small Manufacturer Wins Chamber Award

 

April 4, 2007 -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has awarded this year's Small Business Blue Ribbon Award to Quality Float Works, a Schaumburg, Ill.-based manufacturer of metal float devices, organizers said.

Each year, Blue Ribbon Award recipients are chosen on the basis of achievement, financial performance, business history, and community involvement.

Quality Float Works displayed a strong commitment to innovation and unparalleled service in the manufacturing industry, organizers said.

"We pride ourselves on manufacturing quality products while delivering the type of customer service that is expected from our customers," Jason Speer, Vice President and General Manager of Quality Float Works, said in a statement.
