Bank Websites Ranked for Small-Business Service
Bank of America received top marks in an annual ranking of online banking services for small businesses by Keynote Systems, a San Mateo, Calif.-based communications firm.
The bank ranked ahead of Chase, Citibank, US Bank, Wachovia, Washington Mutual, and Wells Fargo based on an evaluation of more than 300 best practices. These included site functionality, ease-of-use, privacy, and security offered to current and prospective small-business customers with up to $2 million in annual revenue.
