DataCore Joins Intel's Enabled Server Acceleration Alliance

 

DataCore Software has announced that it is now a member of Intel's (NASDAQ:INTC)  Server Acceleration Alliance (ESAA), allowing it to offer original equipment manufacturers and other solution builders the opportunity to create easy-to-build, high-performance storage solutions using certified Intel technology and DataCore software.

ESAA gives solution builders access to resources and step-by-step recipes for creating or enhancing storage lines with storage virtualization and management, thin provisioning and business continuity and recovery solutions. The recipes are priced for small and midsize businesses, allowing solution builders to compete in the growing iSCSI SAN and virtualization markets.

The Business Continuity/Recovery recipe is available at less than $8000 and the Virtual Infrastructure Foundation recipe is less than $1000.
