Cbeyond (NASDAQ:CBEY), provider of IP-based managed services to small businesses, has expanded its client base to Detroit.
Cbeyond will provide small businesses in the Detroit area cost-effective and user-friendly enterprise-class communications tools. Its base package, BeyondVoice, is an integrated, unified package of local and long distance voice, broadband Internet, and mobile services. Customers can opt to add such productivity-enhancing applications as BlackBerry, Web hosting, data backup and file sharing.
To coincide with the move into Detroit, Cbeyond teamed up with Cisco to launch the Small Business Communications Make-Over contest for local small businesses earlier this week. Companies with five to 200 employees can register at www.smallbusinessmakeover.net before Nov. 30.
