Cypress Speeds Up SMB Credit Data Search

Cypress Software Systems launched a credit-data search tool that promises to power up its BizMark small-business automated loan judgment software.

Cypress' new Bureau Interpretation and Scoring Engine (BISE) enables lenders who use BizMark to automatically retrieve credit bureau information from database providers including Experian (OTC:EXPGY) and Experian Business, Equifax (NYSE:EFX) and Equifax Business, Fair Isaac (NYSE:FIC) and TransUnion.

Stephen G. Sargent, president and chief executive of Cypress Software Systems, notes that BISE is also able to "enable a solution that works with embedded third party-derived small business scorecards, such as those provided by Asch Advisory Services."

The search engine can also utilize FICO online credit bureau scores of loan principals to facilitate decision-making.
