Bank of America Launches Small Business Online Community
Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) has unveiled its online community for small business customers. The Small Business Online Community allows users to connect with and learn from their peers and experts in order to help them grow their business.
Now live at http://www.bankofamerica.com/sbcommunity, this new forum gives small business owners real time access to their peers' posts. It allows entrepreneurs to learn from the accomplishments and mistakes of others in the "Stories" section, features articles relevant to the small business community, and lets members post profiles, which Bank of America hopes will eventually become a resource for small businesses to find new customers, partners, suppliers and investors.
The Small Business Online Community is entirely user-driven and will therefore largely take shape based on the needs and interests of its registered users.
