Cisco WebEx, Oracle to Deliver CRM On Demand

Cisco and Oracle team up

 

WebEx, now a division of Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO), has teamed up with Oracle (NASDAQ:ORCL)  to offer Oracle's Siebel CRM On Demand Service through the WebEx Connect application ecosystem. The new offering combines WebEx's on-demand collaboration expertise with Oracle's enterprise-class Siebel CRM On Demand Service.

WebEx CRM On Demand by Oracle delivered by WebEx enables users to manage the entire sales process from within a single collaborative application suite. Its combined capabilities allow for easy marketing, demonstrating, presenting, tracking, forecasting and closing. Features include sales dashboards, integrated reporting and real-time process management, which optimizes sales methodologies with testing and analytical feedback.
WebEx will host a free online seminar to preview the new offering Nov. 6.
