  • Trunking from Optimum Business. As announced last June, the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunking service delivers a premium business-quality voice experience to small businesses who use an IP-PBX. It provides customers with:
    • Direct Inward Dial (DID) functionality on a truly converged voice and data network.
    • Immediate Alternate Call Routing, which ensures business continuity by automatically rerouting calls to another number if an IP PBX or equipment problem is detected.
    • Capacity for 40 DID Telephone Numbers.
