After 25 years, a Cincinnati locksmith hadn't changed much about how he did business. To keep track of the hundreds of keys hanging on his wall, he used a basic Excel spreadsheet. If the answer is no, then it might be time to find something new." When putting in new systems, though, make sure that they are scalable, so that your IT network won't get left behind as you grow. "Computers scale a lot easier than people do," Mistry adds.
