Produces a website, BuyTelco.net, where consumers can purchase the offerings of high-speed Internet and cable access providers, like Verizon and Comcast. Acceller, paid by the providers for each customer acquired, sets up everything down to the installation. "We make sure the modem shows up at your door," says CEO Steve McKean.
