Charah
Charah provides ash management services for the coal-fired power generation industry, including building and operating landfills and processing and marketing recycled ash. "Charah" means "to burn" in Hebrew. The company is a charter member of the EPA's Coal Combustion Products Partnership, which encourages beneficial use of coal by-products.
