Ask the Expert

I started a tech software/services company almost four years ago. We are at breakeven now and the company is valued at about $20 million now (with recent acquisition inquires and VC discussions). I still have 30% of the company and plan on taking some equity out this year, but am seeking some liquidity now. Do you know of any short term debt that I can access with these details? Anything come to mind?
