Founded in 1988, SeatonCorp is still one of Chicago's fastest growing staffing and recruiting company. So what's their secret? "Our business model is predicated on delivering service to our clients that is superior to what they can receive from our competitors," CEO Patrick Beharelle says. "We don’t compete on price or specific features, rather we compete on service delivery." The company recently worked with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to help military veterans find employment.

Three-Year Growth: 34.7%
After landing on the Inc. 5000 list last year as the No. 1 job creator, this Pittsford, New York-based company is still leading the way. Sutherland offers business process outsourcing for clients, and has offices not just in the U.S., but around the world. Founded in 1988, the company is now led by CEO Dilip R. Vellodi.
2010 Revenue: $6 million
Three-Year Growth: 80.6%
Providing companionship, light medical care, and assistance to the elderly, Senior Helpers has expanded beyond its Baltimore roots to serve areas nationwide. The company went from 980 employees in 2007 to more than 8,000 this year. "We have recruiting programs running each week and every franchisee is interviewing caregivers throughout the week," says CEO Peter Ross.
2010 Revenue: $298 million
Three-Year Growth: 81%
Going from 2,651 jobs in 2007 to over 10,000 in 2011, this California-based security and safety company has been expanding. "Each year we lay out our strategic plan and a big part of that plan is our growth and our projected people needs and when to recruit for those positions," says Universal Services of America co-CEO Steve Jones (pictured left with co-founder Brian Cescolini). " We look for professional and responsible people who are flexible and who want to grow with our organization. Our motto is that we are 'professionals serving professionals.'"
2010 Revenue: $155 million
Three-Year Growth: 90.3%
One of the Inc. 5000 biggest job creators last year, Integrity lands on the list again, going from 3,000 employees in 2007 to just over 10,600 employees in 2011. Led by CEO Todd Bavol, the company provides temporary staffing and career transition consulting, and is based in Wilmington, Del.
2010 Revenue: $476 million
Three-Year Growth: 47%
Featured in the Inc. 5000 top job creator list last year, iQor, a business process outsourcing company, continues to create jobs with their unique, incentive-based process. "We hire exclusively through internal referrals, and we pay our own people handsomely for referring qualified candidates," says CEO Vikas Kapoor.."Anyone who refers a recruit receives a 'TRIP' bonus at the end of the recruit's first anniversary with iQor, and continues to receive a bonus on every anniversary on which both the referrer and the recruit are still with us- for life."

Three-Year Growth: 1356.4%
Mission Essential Personnel, based in Ohio, is a global staffing company that specializes in government and corporate contracts. The company has gone from 2,200 employees in 2007 to 7,300 in 2011. "We systematically match the global supply of talent with the demand for that talent," says CEO Chris Taylor. "We recruit, vet, prepare, place, and manage the world's foremost professionals."
2010 Revenue: $229 million
Three-Year Growth: 154.8%
Rose International, an IT services company, went from 1,000 employees three years ago to 4,900 today. "We look beyond our initial employment need, and evaluate where and how each individual could further fit into the company," says CEO Himanshu Bhatia. "We make it a priority to develop our employees, and promote from within for senior positions."
2010 Revenue: $88 million
Three-Year Growth: 95%
After landing on the Inc. 5000 top job creator list last year, CornerStone Staffing Solutions managing director Larry James told us the California-based staffing firm focused on staffing in industries that were somewhat recession proof, such as food services. Looks like that strategy worked: The company went from 8,567 jobs in 2007 to over 12,000 this year.
2010 Revenue: $389 million
Three-Year Growth: 147%
Insight Global, an Atlanta-based IT staffing services company, has gone from 2,700 employees to 6,000 in just three years. The company boasts a nationwide spread of 26 regional offices, including Columbus, Ohio and New York City.
