Warren Brown is ready for his close up. The Washington, D.C., entrepreneur--who left a secure government job to start a cake bakery called Cake Love--has been tapped by the Food Network to host a new TV show, "Sugar Rush," the Washington Post reports.
Brown was one of 26 inspiring entrepreneurs heralded in Inc.'s second annual "Entrepreneurs We Love" cover story in April. The Post quotes Brown as saying that his second store, this one in Maryland, is due to open shortly. The 13-episode TV show will also debut later this year.
