Happy Travelers
A recent survey conducted by the American Small Business Travelers Alliance (ASBTA) revealed that many small business travelers are very satisfied with the treatment they receive from the airline industry. Forty-nine percent of respondents indicated they were either "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with the industry's treatment of small business travelers. Only 21% noted they were "dissatisfied," and 3% said they were "very dissatisfied."
In addition to measuring general feelings towards the industry, the survey also ranked specific airlines as "Best", "Great", "Average" etc. in their treatment of small business travelers. Southwest and American Airlines came in at number one and two, respectively. JetBlue, my personal favorite, didn't even make the top three, as Delta edged out the other airlines mentioned in the survey for the slot.
