Mark Warner, the wireless entrepreneur who served as Virginia's governor, announced today in a web video that he intends to run for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. John Warner (no relation), the New York Times reports. Warner promised to bring "a practical problem solving approach" to the Senate. A year ago, Warner seemed close to declaring himself a presidential candidate. At the time, he outlined for Inc. his thinking on a number of key policy issues that are relevant to entrepreneurs.
