Working Remotely
In our February issue, we reviewed a handful of tools that help entrepreneurs and their employees work remotely. One of the services we recommended was XDrive, an offering from AOL that allows users to stash 5 gigabytes worth of files on the Web for free. Yesterday, Microsoft announced that its online storage service, SkyDrive, which previously offered 1 gigabyte of storage for free, will now give users 5 gigabytes for free. Both of these services are really handy for sharing big files that e-mail can't handle. And, of course, sharing very important MP3s with coworkers.
