At-Will Employment Agreement -- Sample
Full Description
Unless negotiated away, it is important to retain "at will" status with your employees. By law, most employees are hired on an "at will" basis. However, there are so many exceptions to this general rule that an employer must take extra pains to make sure there is a clear understanding as to its ability to terminate an employee. In general, an employer should not give up this right unless it is used as a bargaining chip in executive management or recruitment negotiations.
