Annex B: Authorized Officer Designation Notice


The Annex B: Authorized Officer Designation Notice is a form that lists the officers of the lender who have completed the Ex-Im Bank "Delegated Authority Lender" training course and are therefore designated as Authorized Officers. This form tabulates information regarding the Authorized Officers, specimen signatures and the date that training was completed.
