Credit Memorandum Format

The Credit Memorandum Format is an official paper of the Export Import Bank of the United States that documents a Borrower's relevant information, including background information, export experience, and credit history. This information is used to help determine the Borrower's eligibility for the Working Capital Guarantee Program.
