Finders Fee Agreement
The Finders Fee Agreement is a contract where the finder agrees to be a non-exclusive finder for a client. The Finders Fee Agreement also specifies that the finder only acts in the capacity of arranging a potential sales lead and is not involved in the actual transaction between client and potential service providers. This agreement is customizable for an individual’s specific usage.
