Foreign Content "Cause" Report
The Annual Aggregate Foreign Content "Cause" Report is a form that itemizes the individual components of foreign content that are 50% or more of the total value of the aggregated goods and services. All information pertaining to the calendar year activity of a specific exporter may be reported on an aggregate basis within the 4-digit SIC classification. Ex-Im Bank requires exporters to submit the Annual Aggregate Foreign Content "Cause" Report by March 31st for activity supported by the bank during the previous calendar year.
