Non-Compete Agreement
The Non-Compete Agreement is an agreement between a company or its employees, whereby stating that employees many not compete in the same type of business or start up their own business in the same geographic region as the employer for a specified period of time. The Non-Compete Agreement ensures that contractors or former employees cannot use your business methods to compete against you in your own region. This agreement is customizable to fit a company’s specific usage.
