Pre-Employment Checklist


The Pre-Employment Checklist is used by companies as a measure to insure all preconditions of employment were fulfilled before employment can begin. The Pre-Employment Checklist is divided into three sections: employee information, forms/items received from employee, and forms/items provided to employee. This checklist is customizable to fit a company’s specific usage.
