Sponsorship Agreement


The Sponsorship Agreement is an attorney drafted agreement between a sponsor and an event organizer or fund raiser that holds events. The Sponsorship Agreement mainly outlines the terms on which the sponsor donates funds or arrange for supplies, gifts and donations of other kinds in lieu of the marketing, promotion and exposure the event organizer shall arrange for the sponsor in the event.
