Tax Sharing Agreement
The Tax Sharing Agreement is an agreement where the parent company in a consolidated group is responsible, on behalf of the group, for the payment of income tax related liabilities (the group liability). This Tax Sharing Agreement is between parent company and one or more contributing members that allows the group liability to be apportioned between group members according to a methodology set out in the agreement.
