Perhaps it's a cliché by now, but in business, it's not all about money. Just ask Lynn Ann Casey, CEO of Arc Ascpicio, a consulting firm that's focused on homeland security. Arc Ascpicio holds an annual event for a California-based non-profit that trains rescue dogs, but the event also builds great relationships among the company's employees. "It's on the rooftop of our building in Washington, D.C. for 200 people," she says. "There's a happy hour, silent auction, drinks and food. Everybody in the company comes." Back at the office, Casey stresses the importance of a collaborative environment: "There's no emphasis on level," she says. "It's all focused on contribution."
