Starting off as a family business launched in a barn at the back of the house, CEO Mark Golden, his wife and his parents turned their small company into a flourishing acrylic paints manufacturing facility. "It was our staff that made this company what it is," Golden says, who stresses how important pride and community service is to his business. With 40 hours of paid time off for staff participating in volunteer services, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and other bonus and wellness programs, the Golden staff do their best to be the best in the industry.
