"Yes, I'll pay for their time to invest and grow and learn," said Sandy King, CEO. "I consider those tools to helping my people be more successful at what they do." Symbiont provides individual coaching through internal employee development meetings and brings in an outside coach three times a month to train management. The company also pays for employees to attend 12-week Dale Carnegie business training, as well as the gas to get there.
