An empty office is a happy office for Washington, D.C.-based TCG. "I'm not a fan of commuting by any stretch," says Daniel Turner, CEO. "So I do everything I can to make sure my employees don't have to." While half of the 35-employee IT service provider works on site for government agencies, the rest works from home on computer equipment paid for and updated by TCG every two years. "Computers are not big scary things anymore," Turner says. "They're off-the-shelf stuff, so this is the easy way to get people who like computers to work for us."
