Winning means adapting, according to Iman Abuzeid, CEO and co-founder of Incredible Health, a platform that aims to help nurses and employers find the best fit in 20 days max. Their platform strives to  promote retention, high quality care, and efficiency. In addition to recruiting, Incredible Health also offers a host of free perks to their users including career counseling, salary estimators, and continuing education, which is essential to work for nurses across the nation.

Two years ago, Incredible Health was in 200 hospitals. Today, they've tripled their reach, and are utilized by 600 hospitals in 25 states, with a steady enrollment rate of 10,000 nurses a week. Plus, the company just closed an $80 million Series B funding round Abuzeid says this growth was made possible, in part, by social media:

"A set of investors that joined this series B were Charli and Dixie D'amelio. They have two of the biggest TikTok followings in the world. We've been investing heavily in our social presence among healthcare workers because, frankly, that's where to engage with them. In particular, Millennial nurses and Gen Z nurses are very active on social media. So, having a strong social presence has been very important to our growth," says Abuzeid.

Her advice for other female founders? "At the end of the day you just really have to be very assertive about your vision and mission, and just really focus on winning," says Abuzeid. "Nobody can teach me who I am. You can describe parts of me, but who I am -- and what I need -- is something I have to find out myself."
