A growth mindset is one of the qualities that  separates successful people from others. When you believe you are always learning and growing, you are free to take action, make mistakes, and evolve. Successful people are constantly learning.

A big part of the growth mindset is  learning -- and podcasts have made learning more convenient than ever. The hardest part is actually finding the best podcasts in which to invest your time and attention.

Here's a list of the podcasts I find most valuable as a leader, entrepreneur, and human being. Notice that not all of these podcasts relate to business and startups. Several are about mindfulness, personal growth, and spirituality. Together, this holistic list will help you expand as a professional and as a person.

1. Mixergy

Host Andrew Warner has made Mixergy a podcast for any entrepreneur's "must listen to" list. His interview style demands the best from his guests, and listeners benefit from his storytelling, candid advice, and real talk about the entrepreneurial journey. Expect exciting episodes with dynamic interviews and lots of high-value content on starting or growing different types of businesses.

2. The EVRYMAN Podcast

Evryman is an organization leading the healthy masculinity movement by helping men learn how to feel and listen to their emotions, connect to themselves, and live an authentic and deeply fulfilled life. This paradigm-changing podcast supports that mission. Episodes include candid discussions around what it means to be a man in today's world, how healthy masculinity is changing men's lives (and the lives around them), and how every man can show up in a way that positively serves themselves, other men, women, and society.

3. Hustle Sold Separately

This podcast offers valuable advice from successful entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders. But hosts Matt Gottesman and Case Kenny go deeper than that, diving into how mindfulness, self-growth, and authenticity will amplify your ability to create the life, businesses, and success you want. This is the podcast for entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders searching for something more than the pursuit of profits and metrics -- although that's covered as well.

4. SVK Crypto Podcast (15 Minutes of Crypto Fame)

This podcast is a must for anyone who wants the best and most important updates in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries -- in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate people who demystify complex ideas and democratize access to information so everyone can benefit. Host Nick Moran does this to perfection with one of the most complex and shrouded areas of entrepreneurship: funding. You should not approach an investor or VC without a deep dive into The Full Ratchet.

13. Tim Ferriss Show

Entrepreneur, investor, and everything-hacker Tim Ferriss continues to dominate the charts with his podcast. 14. Freakonomics

This is the podcast I play when I'm tired of working but I still want to consume something interesting. This podcast is brilliant and covers a wide variety of topics around economics and socioeconomics. It will teach you about things you never knew you were curious about.

15. Engineering People

This podcast is perfect for engineers and developers, or entrepreneurs and leaders looking to learn more about cultivating talent, building engineering teams, and maximizing the success of engineering and development organizations.

The great thing about podcasts is you can take them anywhere. I listen to mine when I'm traveling, driving and even while I'm exercising. Many of these are not long, so you can complete an episode in less time than it takes to board an airplane. There is no excuse not to benefit from the knowledge and perspective that is available at your fingertips.
