After graduating, he was one of the lead researchers in the Stanford Persuasive Technology Lab, led by Dr. BJ Fogg. He then went on to found Dopamine, a behavioral product design firm, where he worked with many companies to redesign or upgrade their products. During this time, Hreha collaborated with Dan Ariely, applying behavioral economics research to technology product design. Since then, he has sold a company (Kite.io) and helped a lot of them build more engaging and compelling products with behavioral science research.
