Theodore Kinni is a veteran business writer. He's authored, ghosted, and edited more than 20 business books, including the Disney Institute bestseller, Be Our Guest: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service. Ted is a long-time business journalist and reviewer. In addition to his column for Inc., he is a contributing editor for strategy+business and MIT Sloan Management Review. In his spare time, Ted lends an editorial hand to corporations, consulting firms, non-profits, and academic institutions. Ted lives in Williamsburg, VA, where he doesn't wear a tricorne hat or ride a horse to work.
