'Tis the season for traditions, and at First Round Capital, that means entrepreneurs wearing silly costumes and pulling off some risky dance moves to pop song parodies.

In its annual holiday video released Tuesday, the Philadelphia-based venture firm features a full seven minutes of nearly 100 companies in which it has invested like meal kit service Blue Apron, artificial intelligence startup Kindred and eyeglass brand Warby Parker. They carpool karaoke, they do the mannequin challenge, and if you don't skip to the 33-second mark to see Randy Nicolau, CEO of office supply brand Poppin, kick off a parody of Adele's 'Send My Love', you're really missing out.

This year, the First Round Capital team wants to pay homage to one of its retiring partners and perennial holiday video star Howard Morgan. Though I'm sure he will be remembered fondly by all the entrepreneurs he's helped over the years, many will know him as the man who donned a nude muscle suit in 2013 to reenact Miley Cyrus's 'Wrecking Ball'.
