How a person handles the minutes of the day matters. Just look at how high achievers differ from most people and you'll find daily tendencies toward getting up early, exercising, reading, and meditation. And certainly, financial security is one important measure of success, because if you can't pay for things, life is more difficult.
Financial service company Comet surveyed over 1,000 people and found that certain daily habits correlate with financial success. Compared with people who have low financial security, those with high financial security clean their bedrooms and make their beds more often, exercise more, and are more likely to take supplements. And people with low financial security spend on average 15 minutes more on social media a day and are almost twice as likely to smoke.
