Jet lag is annoying for everyone, but for entrepreneurs it can be career killing. Traveling is usually a big part of starting, managing and finalizing business. Some of my worst meetings were when I landed in a new city, but my body (and brain) were still back at home.

So you should take Expedia.ca's jet lag infographic seriously. The travel website profiles nine different, scientifically-backed ways to cure your body. Some techniques I regularly use, like avoiding coffee when I expect to sleep on landing and building in minimal viable days after traveling. But a cold shower at night and a hot one in the morning to release appropriate melatonin? That's new to me.

Another fascinating fact: Traveling east makes you more likely to get jet lag. I can attest to that.
