Leaving Shark Tank empty-handed doesn't mean you can't one day be a Shark yourself.

For its 10th season, ABC's Shark Tank will welcome seven guest Sharks to judge small-business investment opportunities, including Ring founder Jamie Siminoff, who didn't get a deal when he pitched his   Wi-Fi-enabled video doorbell in 2013 but sold his company in February to Amazon for more than $1 billion. Siminoff started Ring in his garage before growing it to become the highest-valued business ever to appear on Shark Tank. Siminoff recently told Inc. that when Mark Cuban passed on investing in Ring, it was because he couldn't "invest in something that's not going to be $70 million someday."

The other new guest Sharks joining Siminoff for season 10 are legendary NBA star Charles Barkley and RSE Ventures co-founder Matt Higgins. Named one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history, Barkley played 16 seasons in the NBA and won two Olympic gold medals as a member of the USA Dream Team in 1992 and 1996. Last year, he pledged $1 million to fund IT startups run by black women in Alabama.

Higgins, also the vice chairman of the NFL's Miami Dolphins, co-founded investment firm RSE Ventures in 2012, which has served as an incubator for businesses including restaurant software company Resy. Higgins was also the first marketing client of business guru Gary Vaynerchuk, and recently told Inc. that he's seen almost every episode of Shark Tank.

"To me, the show represents everything that's great about entrepreneurship and the American dream," he said. "In my day job, I'm empowering founders who are pursuing a vision to change the world in some way, and they need some help as the finishing ingredient."

Other guest Sharks returning to Shark Tank next season include Spanx founder and billionaire Sara Blakely, Skinnygirl liquor brand founder Bethenny Frankel, former Major League Baseball star Alex Rodriguez, and marketing expert Rohan Oza. Guest Sharks have made for some of the most dramatic episodes in Shark Tank history. Virgin Group founder Richard Branson famously dumped a glass of water on Cuban in 2017, and Cuban called Chris Sacca "clueless" during an episode in 2016, which led Daymond John to start chanting "Shark fight!"

Shark Tank's Season 10 premieres on ABC on Sunday, October 7, at 10 p.m.
