Setting priorities may well be the easiest, difficult task on your to-do list. As daily tasks--and, yes, even large projects pile up--knowing what to do now and what to put on hold for later can be difficult. Angel investor Rick Gibson is no stranger to having a lot on his plate. 

Gibson says he spends a full tenth of his time prioritizing his workload. "I make one sheet that has the main point for the primary things I'm working on," says Gibson. "Every single day I look at that sheet an reprioritize accordingly."
