With Cyber Monday less than a week away, online retailers are counting down to what should be another growth year for online sales.

While Black Friday has a reputation for being the biggest shopping day of the year, online shoppers with items in their carts converted at a 13 percent higher rate on Cyber Monday last year, according to data cited by e-commerce technology company Nextopia. This year, Cyber Monday sales are projected to grow 15 percent to $2.6 billion.
