Shark Tank host Mark Cuban says the biggest mistake people make on social media is letting their posts live forever.
In a recent interview with Inc.com, Cuban explained why the disintegration of privacy will lead to a huge transformation in digital media.
"Every person you retweet, repin, repost, renote and regram on social media defines who you are, and there are applications now that are collecting every bit of that and creating profiles about you," he says. "That is going to be used not just by online companies but in every walk of life."
In an attempt to restore digital privacy, Cuban has developed two apps, Cyber Dust and Xpire, both of which help users erase digital footprints.
