  • Collaborate with video producers to improve production processes and series formats

  • Collaborate on shoot pre-production, including helping video producers come up with interview questions and other creative ideas

  • Review all videos before they’re published on Inc.com, to be sure they meet Inc.’s editorial standards and represent the brand well. This includes fact-checking names, titles, and numbers, and confirming the content management system page is filled out correctly

  • Schedule and coordinate video shoots at Inc. events

  • Produce, edit, and help shoot videos, where possible

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least two years of experience working in web publishing, ideally some video

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of video equipment, lighting, and editing software is a plus

  • A naturally creative personality
