Hispanic-owned businesses have been hit especially hard during the current downturn and have historically received just a sliver of investment funds for U.S. small businesses. That's according to a panel of funding experts who spoke during the first of a series of Hispanic Small Business Town Halls hosted by Inc. and Hello Alice on September 16.
