Welcome to the 200th episode of the Inc. Uncensored podcast, hosted by Inc.'s editor in chief, James Ledbetter.

This week, assistant editor Cameron Albert-Deitch makes his Inc. Uncensored debut and discusses the rise in articles outlining the best morning routines. When Inc. shared a piece from June 2017 arguing that the most successful people wake up at 4 a.m., famed author J.K. Rowling tweeted, "Oh, piss off."

Senior writer Christine Lagorio-Chafkin reviews the most altruistic acts made by private companies in 2018, including brewing company Sierra Nevada's launch of a new beer called Resilience Butte County Proud IPA. All proceeds of the beer will be donated to Camp Fire victims and their communities.

Lastly, I talk about the hiring trends expected to impact 2019's labor market. Employers in the U.S. need to brace for minimum wage hikes in many states and make sure they're properly classifying their employees and contract workers.
